Return & Refund Policy

At M K Makeup Artist, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before booking our services.

1. Service-Based Policy

M K Makeup Artist provides professional makeup services, which are non-tangible and personalized in nature. Due to the time, effort, and resources involved, services once delivered are non-refundable.

2. Booking Amount & Advance Payment

  • Any advance or booking amount paid is non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • The advance confirms your appointment and blocks the artist’s time exclusively for you.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your appointment more than 48 hours in advance, the booking amount will not be refunded but may be adjusted for a future booking (one-time adjustment only).

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

4. Rescheduling Appointments

  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability and allowed only once.

5. No-Show Policy

  • In case of a no-show (client does not arrive at the scheduled time), no refund or rescheduling will be provided.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered in rare cases such as:

  • Makeup artist unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances

  • Service cancellation from our side

In such cases, a full refund or reschedule will be offered as per client preference.

7. Product Purchases (If Applicable)

  • Any makeup products sold are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Damaged or incorrect products (if any) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with proof.
